Waited in sonic line for 30 mins - turned light off 30 minutes before closing - this is the 2nd time this has happened- will never go back -

I'd call the manager let someone know! It's so frustrating when people dont want to do what they are getting paid to do! if you dont like ur job find somewhere else to work!

WHATS THE PROBLEM AT SONIC. SET IN DRIVE THRU AND NO SERVICE.

I was there when there was very few people there and it took forever and completely mess my order up. This location would not be recommended by me!

We sit in our car just now waited for over 45 minutes on 3 milk shakes and never did get them by the time we said enough is enough. The poor girl that was bringing food and drinks by herself I'm sorry you had to hear me complain. We watched at least 4 cars of people leave because they wasn't getting their orders either. There is no excuse for this amount of time for anyone to wait especially on 3 milk shakes. I would not recommend stopping at this sonic for anything. I hope the corporate office gets a hold of this and all the others that was posted about the poor service everyone has posted about you from this Sonic in pigeon forge Tennessee thank you

They've made some big changes for the better! Food was hot and fresh and service was fast for how busy they were. They've modified the parking lot with tables for every car spot, it looks great. The lady at the drive thru window was really nice as well.

Gross! Went here for breakfast while vacationing in Pigeon Forge. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened and decided to wait. My husband ordered 2 burritos, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, our kids wanted tater tots, and I ordered 3 root beers and 1 coke. My husband asked for no jalapenos on his burritos, and each burrito had the equivalent of an entire jalapeno on each. I asked for the sausage on my croissant to be cooked well done, and it was not. Not only that but it was slipped together. Instead of 3 root beers, I got 2 Dr. Peppers and 1 root beer. We were the third people there and it took them forever to bring it out. Won't return if we are ever in town.

The lady at the speaker couldn't get the order right after 3 times so we pulled forward to the window, only to have the other lady not get it right until the 3rd try. The ice cream was gritty. Our half price happy hour was not half price, they gave us $4 off of $21. They gave us unsweet tea instead of sweet..... it's not that hard.

My family LOVES sonic. We get it at least once a week when we are home. We tried to go to this location when we were on vacation. It is absolutely ridiculous. They have all of the speakers roped off and no seating available “because of COVID”...this is a drive-in. It was already social distanced before social distancing was “cool.” We decided to bite the bullet and wait in the drive thru line. An hour and a half went by before we decided it was not worth it and we left. So disappointed and irritated in this Sonic and their performance.

The drive-thru was the only thing open, due to Covid-19, so everything was really backed up (understandable of course.) The food was still amazing though and honestly, people were just being incredibly rude. Not the workers, I mean the customers. So many people were honking and trying to pass people, yelling insults at the workers as they drove away, yelling insults at each other. Like sheesh people, have a little patience. We're still recovering from a pandemic and the workers are trying their best and just trying to make a living like everyone else. Take a chill pill.

Had just what I needed for the hot weather. Recommend ordering off the app, even if you're already there in a stall. You can get half priced drinks all the time, even outside of happy hour, and specials on food every month.

Can’t make a milkshake to save their lives. Ordered a small cake batter milk shake. Typically they would be make with one scoop of cake batter and mixed within the milkshake. Mine was not mixed in, did not have a full scoop of batter, and had to be made two different times. 11 dollars worth of three milkshakes and still didn’t get it right on the second go around. Very disappointed in the quality, product, and customer service.

This location was VERY slow. Waited in drive through for at least a 1/2 hour to order and get food. Typical drive in style ordering at Sonic was closed off. The Sonic Blasts machine was broken, and the worker implied it had been broken for a while. In addition to the long wait, they didn't give us one of the sandwiches we ordered. Unfortunately didn't realize it till we were a few miles away.

I wish I could leave zero stars because this is the worst/grossest sonic I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible, it took 23 minutes for someone to take out order, then almost another 20 mins to get our food (all of which was old and wrong). It’s super nasty I would recommend finding anywhere else

Waited 10 minutes for my order. No one answered when I came up to the ordering speaker, the lady charged me at the window and then I waited even longer before getting my food. Other employees were outside watching, smoking, and on their phones while only 1 person inside was working on the order. They were not busy when I arrived, no excuse was given as to why it was taking so long and NO APOLOGY was offered when my food was brought to me at the window. All I ordered was 1 sandwich. No meal or drink, just a sandwich. Totally unacceptable.

Lastnight we wanted to get sonic shakes and there was about 4 or 5 cars infront of us and well it took almost 20 minutes to even get to the ordering place and even then the lady was a bit rude, after about 45 more minutes the people in front of us i guess had enough and left, there were maybe about 15 cars behind us and sonic turned off the lights outside meaning they were closing, maybe 10 more minutes later, we got our shakes that were melted. usually this sonic is pretty decent but it was not their night..

First Sonic I've been to and I wasn't impressed. It may have just been the particular location we went to (Pigeon Forge) but the food was just ok and part of my order was wrong. Chili cheese dog instead of an all American, not to big of a deal, but it was still wrong.
